Dear charity organizer: Do you know of a friend, family member or co worker that has been stricken with an unforeseen illness or accident? Would YOU like to help them , their children or their families financially? Below you will find outlines of some of the most popular programs in the Rochester area. We, at Brockport CC, have helped raise over $2.5 Million dollars in the past 10 years by helping LOCAL children & families through our charity fundraisers. Below you will find some outlined options to start a fundraiser for those kids or families dear to your heart. Believe me when I tell you that WE will do all the work. We will also design a brochure for you to help you solicit people for your event and we will advertise for you. At all events, we will host a raffle for your event. We help you find places where to get free gifts that will make your raffle be a large part of your fundraiser. We do a 50 / 50 during the dinner for you. We also, if needed, host a live auction for you during the dinner for the larger ticket items. No matter if you are hosting a golf tournament fundraiser or a dinner only fundraiser, every guest will get a complimentary gift from Brockport Country Club to help bring up the value of your fundraiser. Fundraisers Including Golf: Package # 1: 18 hole Golf & Cart packages starting as low as $45. These can be held most any day Mondau – Friday. These packages include Golf & Cart, Dinner after the event, Gifts for each guest valued at $30 each. You charge players $75 per person making $30 for each player PLUS you can figure to make another $10 - $50 per person for raffles and the 50/50. A profit or $50 - $100 a player is normal. That range depends on the larger items in your auction & raffle. We will teach you how to get those Large ticket items. Package # 2: 9 hole Golf & Cart packages starting as low as $35. These are typically mid morning or late afternoon events on the weekends for a fun 9 hole event. These events are perfect for the group that has non golfers mixed with some golfers. Remember this is about charity fundraising not who wins the event. These packages include Golf & Cart, Dinner after the event, Gifts for each guest. You can charge $55 per person and make the same amount as the 18 hole event on the raffles. You are still looking at making between $30-$70 per person profit. Come spend a day in in the sun in our backyard  Testimonial: “Stephanie was our only child. She was diagnosed at 34 when she was 17 weeks pregnant with their 3rd child. She was 37 when she died. Her children were 2, 6 & 8. Mark was recently laid-off from Kodak Bob and I needed to keep Stephanie’s memory alive and to help the grandchildren. At the same time support a local cancer charity. We chose Sustain Inspire Survive. They provide financial assistance to people in treatment for breast cancer” We decided to have a golf tournament in Stephanie’s memory. Bob suggested Brockport CC because he golfed in a couple of charity tournaments in the past and he loved the course. We talked to Tim and Anna Burklew, the owners. We knew right away it was the right decision and we looked no further. They guided us every step of the way from making a brochure to getting sponsors and golfers. They were with us during the entire tournament. They are wonderful, caring, and compassionate people that really care about the people they’re working with. The day of the tournament, Anna was at the registration tent first thing in the morning helping to sign in golfers and Tim and his wonderful crew were taking care of the golfers and making sure the carts were set up and ready to go. The dinner was the best part. Bob and I got to visit with all the golfers and their guests and Tim and Anna took care of everything else….Tim even did most of the announcements and conducted our auction for us because he knew how worried I was about public speaking. He was wonderful and our tournament was the huge success it was because of Tim & Anna!
