With our programs, you can have as few as 10 employees, or up to 500. Brockport Country Club can accommodate up to 500 for dinner and festivities, but a maximum of 150 golfers for golf outings.
Imagine you and your staff on a nice sunny day enjoying the bright sun and many laughs. This day is not about winning. It is about building a closer team for you and your company. Good cheer will be in full bloom.
We have 9 hole golf packages where we will make 4 to 8 person teams divided to balance all levels of play. Each team will have a beginner or non golfer and we will match them with others who can golf more proficiently. No matter the level, these golf packages are about team work. We have many fun twists for the teams, also. From the better player in every group hitting with an opposite-handed driver from the Tee to permitting the beginner two mulligan Throws. Yes, everyone can throw a golf ball even if not everyone can hit one like Tiger Woods. As a company host or supervisor, YOU will be able to roam the course from group to group with refreshments and YOU are a mulligan each time you reach a group. If you are not a golfer, then we will send an experienced golfer with you and a good one at that. Your staff will be wowed and we assure you that everybody will have plenty of laughs. It’s great fun!

Available times are open for these 9 hole events.
Monday – Friday AM events are great any day with 8AM or 9AM start times. If you prefer an afternoon’s start, we can do that at 12 Noon Monday – Friday or at 5:30 PM Monday – Friday.
On the weekends, we can start anytime, depending on the number of players you will have. After golf we have everyone onto the banquet room for some great fun.
Some of the team building games we host for you:
- Each person gets to tell one funny thing that they were a part of or that they witnessed on the course today. Get ready to laugh!
- Objects are scattered in an indoor or outdoor place. In pairs, one person verbally guides his/her partner, a blindfolded person, through the minefield.
- We tag each person as they come in with another employee’s name. They have to try and figure out who they are in front of everyone. This is very funny.
- People write down two truths about themselves and one lie. Then introduce the three "facts" to the rest of the group who tries to guess which one is the lie.
- Involves small groups sharing answers to 10 revealing questions, including "What would you do if you had $1 million to spend in 24 hours."
- In groups we will have you draw a collage of yourself at work and what goes on around you at work.
- We break into groups and The Boss asks questions about the history of your workplace. You answer!
- A team building exercise in which groups build structures with the goal of preventing an egg from breaking. Then we test them to see if the egg breaks or not.
- We hold a putting contest with the person putting blindfolded. Each person of the team gets one chance to tell that person how and where to hit the putt. The first one who makes it is the winner. This usually goes on a few times. Folks really like this game, too.
- The Company Needs Me Because… Give participants five minutes to write down three reasons why they believe that the organization needs them. They should then be asked to individually walk around the room presenting these three reasons with commitment and belief. As the individual is presenting his/her reasons, the other participants each give a maximum score of 20 points each for the following qualities: Creativity Humor Conviction
The winner is the one with the highest total.
We have literally hundreds of fun games that we can introduce. Typically each game lasts about 30 minutes, depending on the amount of people participating. This will give you some sort of time frame. The more time you have, the more games we can play.
Packages we offer you:
9 holes Golf package includes cart with dinner after the golf and some great games.
Monday – Friday cost per person $35 per person.
Saturday & Sunday cost per person $40 per person.
Dinner selections to choose from:
Includes meat of your choice along with potato, vegetables, house salad, rolls and butter.
Pig Roast (The favorite), Smoked Ribs & Baked Chicken, Steam Ship Round fresh carved on the buffet line, ½ BBQ Chicken, Roast Beef & Turkey.
Premium Dinners at $4 per person up charge: Includes a Baked Potato Bar with all the toppings, Vegetables, and house salad with rolls & butter.
Prime Rib, NY Strip, NY Strip Steak with Chicken French.
Open Bar packages are available upon request.
